Union Jack Oil's 16.665% Farmin to PEDL183

Oil & Gas Advisors is pleased to announce that we have acted as an advisor to Union Jack Oil plc (AIM:UJO) on its farmin to PEDL183, which contains the West Newton Discovery.

PEDL183 is a large 183,000 acre licence (the "Licence") contained onshore United Kingdom.

The Licence contains the West Newton A-1 UK onshore gas discovery, which has a Best Estimate Contingent Resources of 189 Bcf of gas equivalent or 31.5 million barrels of oil equivalent (gross).

The West Newton gas discovery is on-trend with the prolific offshore Hewett gas complex and is close to existing gas pipelines and infrastructure.

Following completion of the Farmin, Union Jack Oil plc will hold a 16.665% interest in the Licence.
