Summary

New Zealand is currently actively pursuing a programme of dissuading investment in to its hydrocarbon sector. As such, we believe that the current operating environment will continue to decline. Furthermore, the increasingly "closed economy" approach gives us increasing cause for concern that governmental regulation and interference will only increase. Consequently, our Outlook is Negative and we raise our Risk Premia.
