Union Jack Oil's Acquisition of a 2.5% Interest the Claymore and Piper Complex Royalty

Oil & Gas Advisors is pleased to announce that we have acted as an advisor to Union Jack Oil plc (AIM:UJO) on its purchase of a 2.5% interest in the Claymore and Piper Complex Royalty for $130,000, which is comprised of a working capital adjustment and consideration for the forward cash flows.

The Claymore and Piper Complex is located in Quads 14 and 15 the UK sector of the North Sea, and has been on production since 1976, producing over 1.7bn bbl of liquids.

Following completion of the Acquisition, Union Jack Oil plc will hold a 2.5% interest in the Royalty.
