Union Jack Oil's Acquisition of Further Interests in Biscathorpe

Oil & Gas Advisors is pleased to announce that we have acted as an advisor to Union Jack Oil plc (AIM:UJO) on its purchase of a 3% interest in Biscathorpe (PEDL253) from Montrose Industries Limited and for a consideration £115,000 (the "Acquisition"), and its receipt of and further interest from Humber Oil & Gas Limited as part of its settlement agreement with the PELD253 partners (the "Settlement").

Following completion of the Acquisition and Settlement, Union Jack Oil plc will hold a 30% interest in PEDL253.
